To create a countdown, just click on the on the top right of any existing countdown.
The current page will be used as a starting point.
When you open the "Countdown Options" panel, you can change all the settings of the countdown.
You can change the date either in the "Countdown Options" panel or with the and signs
You can use any CSS format to specify the color e.g.:
Color names: blue
Hex codes #551a8b
RGB codes: rgb(66, 134, 244)
RGBA codes: rgba(66, 134, 244,0.1)
HSL codes: hsl(58, 100%, 78%)
HSLA codes: hsla(58, 100%, 78%, 0.49)
To enter an image as background, just specify its URL (eg https://example.org/myimage)
You can have both an image and a colored background, and the color will overlay the image. Don't forget to add transparency or you won't be able to see the image! (Use a RGBA or HSLA code as a color with the last parameter <1 )
To add a gradient, just specify any CSS gradient. Try the following:
linear-gradient(to bottom right, red, yellow)
radial-gradient( circle farthest-corner at 12.3% 19.3%, rgba(85,88,218,1) 0%, rgba(95,209,249,1) 100.2% )
radial-gradient( circle farthest-corner at 10% 20%, rgba(246,211,252,1) 0%, rgba(253,246,254,1) 90% )
Once you click , your countdown is saved.
It becomes public and anyone with the URL can see it.
It can't be modified or deleted, but you can use it as a starting point and make a new countdown.
